Moments of Color is fully commited to protecting your privacy. Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server.

I am not involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorised use of personal information. I promise that I will not pass on your personal details to any other organisations other than those directly involved in the creation of your product eg. our commercial printers or where I would be required by law to do so.

From time to time, I may provide statistical information about sales, trading patterns and navigation techniques to reputable third parties. This will simply comprise data collected about you and other users to form aggregate results. It will not include any direct personal information that identifies you as our customer.

Any changes to our information collection policies will be posted on this page. By using the momentsofcolor.com site, you are consenting to the collection of information by momentsofcolor.com. It is my promise that there is nobody more important to us than you, and that I will provide you with absolute privacy.

Moments of Color wants to ensure that all of our customers can shop with complete confidence online. I have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers in their dealings with me.

We have created a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet

Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

SSL locks all information passed from you to momentsofcolor.com in an encrypted envelope

This makes it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party, as long as your browser and local network support the use of encrypted data transmissions.

DELIVERY CALCULATIONS

Delivery charges are calculated on weight and destination, with the total amount due shown on checkout.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Within Australia, we deliver your goods to you via Australia Post® or reputable couriers where a signature is required upon receipt of the goods. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your goods will be made available at your nearest post office. As a signature is required upon receipt of your goods, we cannot deliver to P O Box addresses.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Overseas deliveries are by international courier, which takes between 3 and 7 working days and is trackable on the internet, or airmail, depending on the size of the order. As a signature is required upon receipt of your goods for courier deliveries, we cannot deliver to P O Box addresses. Please ensure that the address you supply for delivery is one where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

We take great care packaging your goods to ensure they reach you in perfect condition and therefore cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties or be held liable for any delay in delivery by third parties.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to me.

NON-PERSONALISED GOODS

Non-personalised products can be returned to Moments of Color with a copy of your receipt within 21 working days from receipt of your products.

Please choose carefully, as I do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from the sample sent to you. Returns may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email. Postage & packaging costs are not refundable.

PERSONALISED GOODS

Due to the nature of custom artwork, I do not give refunds unless the error or omission is a fault of Moments of Color. If the error was on the proof you signed off, your design will be reprinted at your expense. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all text is correct at time of printing.

Returns may take 6 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email. Postage & packaging costs are not refundable.

additional taxes & duties

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay any import duties and taxes that may occur on goods coming into their country. Moments of Color is not responsible for any costs occurring in these matters.

CUSTOM MAPS

No refunds will be given once your first draft has been emailed to you due to the design work already undertaken.
